Pricing help and CMA for FSBO sellers in NYC

Hello, can I take advantage of some pricing advice for my apartment? It is with Town but they are closing today, so I need to figure out what to do next. I read on your website somewhere that pricing guidance and a "CMA" is included for free? Can this be arranged if I am doing the flat fee listing option?
