Steps to Submit Your HGMLS Listing Information:

1. Input your listing information below and press submit.

2. On the next page, add the Agent Assisted FSBO product to cart as well as any other services you need (flat-fee professional broker consulting, listing photography, custom website, floor plan, etc.). Complete the checkout. Ignore this step if you’ve already paid.

3. Receive the electronic flat-fee listing agreement for you to e-sign.

4. You can expect your listing to appear on most sites within 2 business days after signing!

Note: Our Hudson Gateway Flat Fee MLS service covers Westchester, Bronx, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Dutchess, Ulster, Rockland and Sullivan Counties through the HGMLS.
