Nick Oliver is the Principal Broker of Hauseit. He is involved in the daily management of the firm, client relationships and its team of agents. Nick and the Hauseit team have successfully closed over 1,400 sale, purchase and rental transactions throughout New York City, nearby NJ, Long Island, the Hudson Valley and South Florida since 2016. He is a graduate of Cornell University where he was the recipient of a Cornell Tradition Fellowship. Nick has passed all 3 levels of the CFA Program, and he is fluent in Spanish.
