This service is for Hauseit Agent Assisted FSBO sellers who wish to expedite a standard listing update request or for sellers who need a special/custom update to their listing that isn’t covered as a free listing update. We offer a limited variety of custom updates for a modest fee to accomodate non-standard requests that take an inordinate amount of time for our support team to process. Custom listing update types we currently support include replacing photos or adding additional images to your listing. You may also purchase this service to reduce the processing time for a complimentary listing update to one business day, compared to our standard turnaround time of three business days.
